    They are waiting for confirmation before the sp gets pushed.
    A lot of unbelievers out there and they have good reason to be circumspect.
    Myself I piled in a bought another 107,000 and that's because even if they find nothing down deep all that shallow stuff is worth a bundle more than 13 cents so I reckon I'm on a safe bet, BUT this is my opinion and you should do your own research.
