It is very easy to take an opposing view to someone's opinion... Your own points are valid though.

My issue with the current SP is that it doesn't reflect any potential / opportunity that LOM has, ie point 2, discovery of a commercial kimberlite, is IMO not factored into the SP at all. Rather the SP currently reflects the existing and ongoing operations.

So perhaps a 4th catalyst could be added to your list: 1 large buyer see's the potential and wants in - that's all it will take and anything under 65c will be wiped up.
