    mate you ignored the part where the agreement is still conditional. Ie it is not in effect yet.

    you ignored how SAS will not have the money to even pay for this with the current cash it has + the outstanding tranche 2 placement

    another CR will be required this year to get this off the ground (actually they will need a bank loan for that but you get my drift)
