So if SAS retain 90% of funding the CR then this agreement goes ahead. Otherwise, nada.
SAS better announce some damed good directors with enough time for people to decide not to to send in the refund forms, otherwise those forms are going in on Tuesday as it's as sure as throwing your money away without directors announced.
The only way I can figure this gets 90% without directors announced is that less than 10% of the CR available for refund came from retail investors and the 90% they need is wrapped up in a small number of big spenders who are deep into SAS's business. That's in the 0.000000001% chance of survival possibilities, I guess.
