You make a good point Mr P, perhaps it's only a minor profit or break even based on this paragraph
In saying that, staff, maintenance and running costs of the Port sheds business do require a constant revenue stream. As their first major contract, CUFE & now GV may have negotiated a better deal as JW sees this as the platform to grow revenue through other contracts without having to worry about the port's day to day running costs burdening the mining side of the business.
