When the arrangement with Newhaul was announced 21/6/22.
Newhaul received $7.5 mill plus 30 mill shares.
When 3m dmt are hauled 20 mill shares.
When 6m dmt are hauled 20 mill tonnes.
When 10m dmt are hauled 20 mill shares
Does the ore need to be FEX to qualify,does the ore need to be transported to the port?
Newhaul cannot compete in the Midwest until June 2027, however if any haulage opportunities arise the profits will be on a profit share basis. I guess that would include GV.
The 5mt p/a of FEX shipments before rail is used looks like it could be some time before rail is used.AIMO.
