The announcement is completely inline with forecast. The run on the market is not inline with the announcement. There is nothing that justifies a 15% improvement in the market value of the company. It’s a pretty mundane sale, not an ongoing supply contract.
that said, I don’t think the fundamentals have changed, if not improved, since the share price was 60c & I believed it would run to $1
