I wonder what the longer term plan for Petstock is, 2021-22 IPO potentially ?? Continue on the growth trajectory...
Would be nice if these guys can position themselves as a niche pre IPO type fund. I wonder how much $30-50m buys, management are having a great Covid !

PETStock, a family-owned, Australia-based pet products retailer, is close to being acquired by TPG Capital. TPG is likely to
pay $150m to $200m for PETStock, which has EBITDA of around $25m.
It didn't happen but I would suspect earnings/Ebitda are materially higher these days.
