Love how Paul King (OCAA secretary) suggests NHC shareholders would not want to go through any more legal battles to bring the mine online. He is basically admitting OCAA are just trying anything to stop the project going ahead, even if they know they will lose, at the hope that NHC will just back down.
Well Paul I am a NHC shareholder, and I want NHC to fight until the end to bring this mine online. And I hope that NHC persue you for as many costs as possible so that you can be tought a very costly lesson. We NHC holders have suffered long enough due to your legal warfare, now you have lost. Losing does not come at no cost.
Now the QLD Govt need to stick true to their word, and action whatever the Courts have decided on. The courts have decided that the licences should be granted. So DO IT!
