Maybe Russia sending its coal to China/India. It doesn't need expensive pipelines.
It just needs a rail connection.
Europe will be stuffed. Russia is 3rd largest coal exporter.
China might do some culling of its dirty supply. Europe might need to find its own coal and be more reliant on Russian gas.
This is Putins plan to make Europe keep buying gas as coal is not alternative. That or turn on the nuclear plants again.
