@Arrow666 that point is correct regarding groundwater usage, from memory they source a large percentage of their water from a recycled water treatment plant. Unfortunately you still need to obtain an associated water licence (AWL) to interfere with any groundwater aquifers which will occur when during the course of mining activities.
