Its up to 5Mtpa for 15 years, at NEWC spec. The strip ratio is lower than Bengalla and rail costs similar. Royalties very low coz Milners own the land.
The big question is how long will the Greens drag out the water rights. Will the recent focus on energy security mean that mining bodies can put pressure on the courts / government to expedite the water process?
If all goes to plan could see 1st coal end of the year or early next year.
