One is met which you can spin a story around, need steel to decarbonise blah...
Another is thermal - anything more the government say can be taken apart and dissected by the greens. If there's no government support then the resource minister would not have approved - there's no issue with the water for last decade New Acland project around. It's not like they invented a whole new way to mine coal.
Anyway, we can speculate and try and sound smart here, but there's no glory without the water approval.
