I read the government submission, it said something like, although we will eventually maybe get to 7.5m we are applying for only 5.1m now and all the figures are done on tha tbasis.
The only reason i can think of for the lack of price action today is that NHC is filled with retail investors or people or are tapped out and cannot buy more. The bots that usually enable price discovery instantaneously read the announcement as "not price sensitive" so nothing happened. And of course no instos/fund managers buy coal because of wokism
