I have no idea how the EDO is legal. A legal firm established with tax payer money to stop legal development of minerals. I bet it has never been used to stop a solar/wind/transition line battery farm if an Aboriginal tribe complained.? Also strategy energy/Andrew Forrest wants to establish a LNG facility in Woolongong but he has stated only if the santos narribri gas project does not go ahead. Obviously his energy co is free to donate to the EDO to help stop the gas project. Absolute bs and Woolongong industry does not want his LNG facility using QLD gas because it locks in higher gas prices.Gas thru narrabri pipes is obviously cheaper. Again absolute bs and such an authority should not be able to fund continuing appeals against NA3. Registered charity my butt. hmm next coffee.
