SER plans IOCG at Isa North soon but lack funding. So was either cap rise or sell AGC and Ambergate (still looking for buyer). The sale to AGC returns cash to SER so they can deply to Isa North & the scale of IOCG will depend on funding from sales. Anyway, SER had too many projects going on, so now, it will be nice to concentrate on just few. AGC is spcialised in the Archilles area & Glen knows the region very well so AGC is the best candidate for finding mineralisation in that region. Therefore, I think it is a win win situatation.
