Looks good to me, as appears to be carefully made acquisition. No scrip to be issued - funded from cash and debt... given it is an asset purchase, there is probably some working capital to find, but payment split should help.
EBIT doesn't suggest a big addition to NPAT straight off, but I see plenty of synergy here and potential for rolling out technologies to other geographies, as well as adding scale to support overheads and increase margin.
