Looks good to me. Close to plant, good grades, lots potential, neat fit. Accretive, minimal risk. The plant is going to be busy. Mid 2015 isnt that far away. Big increase in turnover and bottom line hopefully when it is switched on. Lots of experienced workers looking for jobs, so less chance of pay gouging. Its ahot area though. Nice to have a cool pool somewhere.
