    You read the announcement WRONG!!

    Its much better the business already does $45m in revenue with EBITDA of $9.5-10.5m this is an INCREASE of $25-30m revenue and EBITDA of $11-13m per annum.

    That makes this business REVENUE of $70-75m and EBITDA of $20.5-22.5m PER ANNUM!!

    Plus the potential of Dividend and additional ATM licences....

    This should be trading closer to $100m Market Cap and then some
