You are probably right that i'm looking at this stock in a negative light... actually, you ARE right. I've held qpm for more yrs than i care to remember and have seen missed target after missed target after missed target.. and spending habits akin to a rich kid with dads credit card. I agree recovery of costs should be the primary goal at this stage but i really think they're behind the 8 ball with regards to the short/medium term outlook. I use to believe in the whole 'green dream' and what qpm was/is trying to achieve.. now i definitely take a more pragmatic view
