Phase 1 was only ever going to be 20 patients. Early stage so if there are adverse effects you don't ruin a large population. Phase 2 will go to circa 500 patients, at which point stats will be solid. This is all part of the value creation process.
I kinda look at it in mining terms where phase 1 is the discovery, phase 2 is the JORC definition. What they have just announced is like announcing that they have hit shallow massive sulphides at good width of a metal where there have been no significant discoveries in many years. Next we'll get the grade (results of the Phase 1b trial).
