Just an observation and not trying to be antagonistic, but there had been a fairly refreshing lack of "champs", holding size boasts, snowflake lefty, etc on this sub-forum... as opposed to HC generally.
I'd ask we maybe try leave that off here? It's not helpful, and outside of the two people usually engaged in those types of exchanges, it's pretty dull to everyone else.
I get we aren't seeing the traction we all hoped for... but frustration at other posters and arguing whether appointments are or aren't "nepotism" from this far removed is pointless.
They're the team we have regardless, it's over to them now.
Appointing people you've worked with before isn't always good or bad... but it could be either, but most likely there are positives and negatives to both. Things might work or not work from here, and it wouldn't necessarily be Ron hiring old colleagues that determines which we get.
