The big upside here is the initial cash flow from THE ALREADY OPERATIONAL MILL which will only require 10% of the cost to restart compared having no mill at all. (And the fact that others missed out on this mill is the real sticking point for the troll posters, OUCH for them).

A great announcement today and steady as she goes in fulfilling the sound business strategy that this company excels at, that translates to a value add proposition at the end of the day.
