    The problem is not the price now. Arguably fairly priced relative to peers. The problem was the continual undercutting to 1c for the dilution and the merger with a company with minimal spend and no resource.
    All retail placement ought to be rights issues: take it up or not.
    LT holders sitting on losses are about to get diddled again in the SPP.

    Remember: the last time this was 3c it was around a 10m market cap: cheap... now at 3c after all share issues: about 30m. = $20m transferred elsewhere.
