If shareholders have sold $30k stock to send in applications for $30k in stock to get the options like the placement holders got and only get $500 of stock... lol. Big refunds going out and the board will reluctantly see all this money leaving and we will be having another capital raising within the next 2 months to try to get it back. Will it work though, diddling shareholders time and again?
Was it really necessary for the board to keep on undercutting the price to 1c, then do a big dilution, acquisition and only then post an article claiming how undervalued MKG was? It was the retail shareholders that were getting pissed that every placement was being done at a discount. The retail shareholders complaining that the company was being undervalued.. PL say the market had no apetite but the next week: look how undervalued we are and a major placement pump and dump.
Dodgy stuff like this is not going to be encouraging any LT loyalty.
What a sad state shareholder rights are in, in public companies are in these days.
