your take on the situation is probably right, this deposit, as it stands at the moment is more than likely not economically feasible, but the funny thing is the share price could still easily appreciate.
why, because the tenement clearly displays a large amount of mineralisation, albeit low grade, where there’s smoke yada yada, the area is bounded by tenements owned by BHP and RIo, and they have 6 mill to throw at an exploration program over the next year.
everyone knows it’s a bit of a gamble, it’s a penny stock. Why over analyse it?
