Possibly, but highly doubt they would sell their IP while waiting on certain patents to be granted. That could be the hold up to revenue - As mentioned there are 23 pending patents... Could potentially be waiting on the approval of a few key ones before entering into any agreements that could generate the large scale revenue we are looking for. Pure speculation on my behalf though.
