..........if the ANN was around the corner as we all think, why get LDA to sell the shares now?, why not wait & sell in a few months time ?...bit stupid. if thats is the case, obviously they have no idea how to raise money at the right time even if they know how far they are from revenue ............saying that, I don't think that they have anything coming for several quarters if they are raising now ....
