    Lets look at the end game for QTG.

    1.Sold for takeover Helmsman will look to re coup the monies they have put in which I expect to be close to the 3.5c NTA.
    2.Continue as is and improve profits.
    3.Acquire a new business.

    Cash flow will be out shortly so will be an indication
