The potential is already starting to show. Japan’s GaN industry recorded an annual growth rate of 17.8% from 2012 to 2016. And it’s not showing any signs of slowing. That figure is forecast to hit 23.1% over the next decade.
And current estimates are that the global GaN market will quickly become a US$1.75 billion one by 2022.
That’s a huge opportunity for our $95 million small-cap stock. If they get the results they need, they can become a market leader in this field and potentially dominate the GaN transistor market.
