Smells of desperation to me.
They can see the numbers as they come in and who has or hasn't voted. They are worried by the sounds of that and it might be they dont have the required support any more imo.
Anyone wanting to have their say should log on to Automic and vote if not already done.
I've voted FOR all resolutions, so our company can get a fresh start and a chance to create some shareholder value and scrutiny going forward.
