No voting papers have arrived here either????. Am I legally supposed to get notice and voting info from them?
Could a failure of notification cause the meeting to be null and void ? (and cancelled to a later date) "so sorry- we made a mistake" will buy more time.
Also it may be they are only contacting those they think are swayable? Do Mudguts sway?
I have already voted as you have Mudguts- online at Automic
(maybe they can see my vote and so saved posting stuff to me?- at last good management decision- a dollar saved)
