Mr Raskin's board appointment IMO brings several important imputs to board
1/ Experience and track record in the production marketing and trading of minor minerals
2/ Mr Raskins connections and network..very important and northern hemisphere exposure
3/ A long track record of building running and adding value of a very succsessful minor metals company (MCP group)
Then getting value out by selling at appropriate price
4/ His personal significant shareholding and belief in CLA's longer term prospects in relation to the EV/Battery/Cobalt demand/supply
IMO Adds important missing element to CLA,s board
