I hope so, or something similar, otherwise it's just too depressing to see the ridiculous money that is thrown at board/execs. $2m sign on + shares?!?! I say you get it when you've proved that you're worth it - isn't that how the job market works for the vast majority of people out there with honours and masters degrees. Doesn't sound like incentive to me when the average person could live off this for the rest of their lives. Sounds like, SWEEET! Ok, sound and look like I'm worth it...which must be a very hard task if you have the humility to compare yourself to those that do great work for far far far less. Obviously this is not just a gripe I have with GXY!
