    Can someone please explain where they coming up with $2M for the new director?

    Is it from the 500k of options?, if so we don't know the strike price yet, it could be $4, which means that we are only providing the upside of the share price from $4.

    Or did I miss something in the announcement where it says we are paying her $2M a year?

    Having said all that, always worth paying for the best, especially for a place like Argentina.
