Yes, some of the media coverage did question what kind of succession plan was in place.
People saying he is WTC, White included, seem to be ignoring the fact there appears to be a thin executive bench.
The orher point I would make is one about culture. I do not think the way White has essentually stuck a finger up to good governance because he has the power to roll the board, is great for company culture.
