Hi @goldbear77, just in that, when the raise was on I asked one of the managing brokers if they had spoken to the company.
It was on the Thursday from memory and I was told that they had met with management earlier that week and were told there was no plan for a cap raise unless 'something big' emerged requiring capital.
Consistent with the presentation released the previous week. So I can only deduce that either:
The broker was telling porkies
Buddy was holding the company line - deal not quite done perhaps
The big deal progressed to the point of needing capital between the time of the preso and the announcement of the TH and urgent raise
I was looking to participate but my broker doesn't allow me to settle via DVP. Shattered and regretting not taking the medicine at 22 on the lifting of the TH.
The other one is SCT that Dave Mc is invested in.
Nice announcement last week saw SP drop from 20 to 19, now 27.5. Killer.
