no they are not, the most important in trading junior mining stocks are the asset they have, you can have management with good reputation but sh!t assets and does it help in creating shareholders value? no.
we all know why we are here, because RCR is in the West Arunta and this is the hottest area in WA right now, everyone wants a piece of West Arunta, so Who cares who the management is? as long as it's in this area and has potential, people will pay and buy your shares.
