I think the CR point is a good one. If they don’t think they have anything then it probably makes sense to raise more money. But if they do they’ll probably wait and raise at a higher share price.
Appreciate there was a raise recently but that was before the Bullseye news so they probably want to raise some funds to take a closer look at that.
