Yes it is pretty much as I had suspected and outlined both on MXR threads and on ONX.
The failure of Adaman/SMS to honour their intention to buy the Mill and dragging things out meant that when they did not front up by August 31 then MXR pulled the plug. MXR was not going to face further unfair delay after the problem earlier in the year with GBF failing to deliver signatures in a reasonable time.
Of course the situation now finds the previous owners of GBF back as buyers of the Mill for their entity (Mineral Ventures) and therefore the inevitable option of having toll milling arrangements available to ONX which will no doubt suit Orminex very well.
Now the time allowed for the wrapping up of this deal is very tight deliberatly as MXR has been strung out too long a couple of times. Not for a third time you would have to hope.
