Something that might have been overlooked in the announcement is the inclusion of "first year annual maintenance contract".
This is an important detail as it shows DXN is not just selling hardware it is also expanding its re-occurring revenue streams. After the first year it is very likely the maintenance contract will be renewed since DXN are the experts when it comes to maintaining the assets they are providing.
