BMO should have around 2 million in cash or thereabouts with a market cap of around 5.5 million.
Any lower and this gets cheaper (obviously).
Lots of happened with this stock for the last few months, but at this end of the market, the name of the game is speculation.
Seems that this stock is getting a clean up. The placement shares should have been cleared off by now. This new project would probably have received a better reception by itself but the market was expecting the other initial project.
