read the Ann - I almost guarantee that the price they will pay is below 1.20 - it depends on the dates that they are averaging. let's go the last 3 days average say 1.40 that means they will purchase at 1.26 (10% odd discount). if the average is over a month then they will purchase around 80 cents. it is all in the Ann. some Institutional investors/ interested parties play by different rules and don't need to buy at market price. it is the game.
I'm still accumulating don't get me wrong - I think this has got lots of up potential. most likely BRN will go on the asx300 next revision, if not higher 250 maybe, which will push price up as institutional buyers need to average out portfolio.
the sentiment on this depends on timeframe - I keep that neutral.
