The way I see this is Brainchip is giving shares to LDA as a reward for providing finance when not many funders were willing to do that 2 years ago. Brainchip must be expecting some big contracts signed LDA is getting more shares at this price level compared to the much higher price jumps after the next major announcement drops in. I am sure LDA will hold on these 15m shares like golden goose for many years. Just imagine one day brainchip pays just 10c fully franked dividend that is $1.5m free cashflow for LDA.
