Yes, BRN are having a capital raise but with a difference. My explaination of how it works is overly simplified but reasonable accurate.
Normally a company announce a CR and offer a discount of around 30% on their SP. With LDA, we give them shares to sell on market and they get a 10% commission.
This call is for up to 15M shares which come out of a pool of existing shares (100M) that have been set aside for the LDA agreement so there is no dilution to speak of.
Expect some announcements from BRN over the next 10 days to help support the share price
