More likely, customer might have gotten a great deal from this contract as QHL tendered a MUCH MUCH lower price than its competitors, OR, their current supplier is unable, and QHL could be a 2nd, 3rd, 4th CHOICE! lol.
Interesting to see how much margin is in this contract, and what longer term benefits it brings. NON-RECURRING. Oh, NONE!
