Westpac was trading around 17.50 - 17.70 today. As soon as 4pm ticks over, a dozen or so buy and sell orders appeared on SEATS with prices way above or below what the stock was trading at during business hours (eg: up to 18:20, as low as 17:05, etc). These will get resolved in the closing trade window at 4:05pm.
