    Buy on rumour sell on news is fine but,

    Comment on rumour, stay silent on news is all a bit underwhelming.
    Did I miss something or do the guidelines basically say apart from children less than five IGRA is at least as good and sometimes better than TST.

    Oh and the little point about all countries with BCG vaccination programs now have a superior way of screening for TB aka TST is history where BCG has been used.

    I'll stick my neck out...... This is a positive announcement... The sales force don't have to sell by the science alone it is a CDC recommended test.
