The devil is always in the detail with these hedging agreements which shareholders generally don't find out about until it's too late. Given the huge implied value of the contract, I'm surprised the ASX didn't make them release more details, particularly on the potential risks/downside. I wouldn't hang my hat on the MD's comments.
