The founders of IVY now hold 8 million shares issued at $0.80 per share in CCA so they have far from "sold out". They only make money if the IVY project is successful in achieving what they set out to achieve as CCA's share price will now be heavily correlated to that of the IvyKoin price.
It's a great move by the Ivy team as the project will now be fast tracked through the contacts and assistance of the CCA team who no doubt will also intergrate the use of IvyKoin throughout their existing projects and offerings.
Think of it as a strategic merger......
So for those who are yet to work it out, the Ivy team are still very much invested in the project and IvyKoin.
